The California State University, Fullerton, Speech, Language and Hearing Clinics have been in operation since 1961, serving the needs of the community as well as the training needs of speech-language pathology students. The graduate program in Communicative Disorders (CD) has maintained accreditation of the American Speech Language and Hearing Association since 1969. The Speech, Language and Hearing Clinics are an integral part of the entire professional training program in CD. Speech, language and hearing evaluations and therapy are conducted by graduate students in CD under the direct supervision of licensed, certified speech-language pathologists and audiologists with extensive experience in the field of CD.
