Julio Badin is the Director of Resort Guest Services for the Disneyland Resort. In this role, Julio is responsible for the overall operation of Resort Transportation and Parking, Guest Relations and the Main Entrance.

His major focuses include providing Guests with extraordinary service, inspiring Cast Members through effective leadership and producing exceptional financial results.
