Sirish S. Mani has over eighteen years of experience and success in the fields of communications, customer information management, marketing intelligence management, and call center operations development. He currently works as National Manager – Consumer Insight for Toyota/Lexus Financial Services.
Prior to working for Toyota/Lexus Financial Services, Sirish served as the account manager for Maritz Marketing Research Inc. from 1997-8. Sirish has also served as Acting Manager, Assistant Manager, and Senior Market Research Analyst for AAA/Automobile Club of Southern California.
Additional experiences include serving as Ad Hoc Consultant for Strategy Research Institute, and as Assistant Professor of Advertising at Cal State Fullerton, in which he taught courses in Advertising Media Planning and Advertising Management, advised the AAF National Student Advertising Competition team, and was the Director of the Mentoring Program.
