Holly Tripp then became involved in what she says was the best decision she could have possibly made in college. She was selected as a New Student Orientation Leader (NSO Leader).

She has been involved with NSO for 3 years, recently serving as a leader of the orientation leaders, in which she helped in the hiring and training of NSO Leaders, planning, marketing and many other tasks involved in the planning process of NSO.

She also created a funny, yet educational video that was viewed by the thousands of new students (freshmen, their parents, and transfers) attending Cal State Fullerton in Fall 2008.

The video addresses the issues of online communities. She also created a peppy welcome video which introduces new students to the orientation staff and attempted to get students excited about CSUF during the welcome sessions of orientation.

Holly also serves as Vice Chair on the Titan Student Union Governing Board, has an internship for her Human Services minor, is involved in Titan Tusk Force (the spirit committee), and was involved in the AdClub and Student Leadership Institute.

Once she graduates, she plans to pursue her M.Ed in Student Affairs, where she can enjoy a career continuing to work with and advocating for college students. She will also pursue her creative passion through film directing and scriptwriting.
