In 2011, Entertainment Diversity created CBS On Tour, a community outreach initiative where CBS executives visit universities and colleges across the country to speak with students about internships and career opportunities within the Entertainment Industry. The program exposes students to the vast occupational options available that often go unnoticed, with the goal of inspiring, educating and changing the landscape of television. #EachOneTeachOne

On Dec. 1, CBS On Tour went digital via Skype! Tiffany Smith-Anoa’i, EVP, Entertainment Diversity, Inclusion and Communications, CBS, discussed her role within the company with the students in the Mass Media and Ethnic Groups course at Cal State Fullerton.
