National Association of Black Journalists
General Information
NABJ-CSUF is a student chapter of the National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ). NABJ-CSUF is a club for students working toward degrees in journalism and related communications fields. The chapter also welcomes students who are not communications majors but are interested in pursuing media-related careers. NABJ-CSUF helps its members enhance their professional skills and assists with job preparation through workshops and events tailored to CSUF students. The chapter provides a space for community and the exchange information between Black students pursuing communications at CSUF.
NABJ is a professional organization with more than 4,000 members. NABJ is committed to "Strengthening ties among Black journalists, student journalists, journalism educators and media professionals."
