Dr.  Ying - Chiao   Tsao  is an associate professor of Communicative Disorders Program in the Department of Human Communication Studies. She is a recipient of ASHA Multicultural Grant Award, and an ASHA certified Fluency Specialist.    Her current academic focus is on imparting multifaceted academic training to better arm speech-language clinicians with knowledge and skills to serve diverse populations.
