Daily Titan wins ten awards for arts & entertainment reporting
The Daily Titan received ten recognitions in five different categories from the LA Press Club's 11th National Ares & Entertainment Journalism Awards. Four students finished as high as 2nd place, including Diane Ortiz in the "Best Arts & Entertainment Story" category and Lauren Diaz in "Best Arts & Entertainment Profile." Brian Alvarado led the way for the Titans with two 2nd place finishes, one 3rd place finish and two finalist placements.
