On Mar. 22, Cal State Fullerton’s Entertainment and Tourism Club (ETC) held a Global Entertainment Panel. The panel featured various entertainment industry professionals working in the international markets.
Students who are interested in working in the international market field were able to gain insight and ask questions, feeling more confident about their future endeavors.
Panelists included Stacey Morales from Live Nation, Grace Ryu from Universal Pictures, Adriana Darcy from Industria Works and Jersey H from K-PLAY! Fest. They all discussed the importance of flexibility in the entertainment and tourism industry.
The panel discussed the importance of internships. Internships help those pursuing the entertainment and tourism field because it allows students to understand all different places they can work one day, and help them understand what avenue they want to take in the future.
Students were able to network after the event with the panelists. Networking helps students feel secure in their futures, along with gaining helpful resources that can help when they have questions or when looking for a job.
