CSUF’s Asian American Journalists Association (AAJA) works towards expanding diversity in newsrooms, media and storytelling while ensuring fair coverage of communities of color. AAJA strives to provide resources for their members to grow and become successful. By creating this space, the club is creating a community where those can come together, collaborate, and expand their knowledge on media.

On September 20, AAJA hosted its second general meeting where they had their Students in Storytelling panel. The meeting explained the various journalistic mediums on CSUF’s campus and how students can get involved. Panelists included Oscar Rodriquez from Titan TV, Nollyanne Delacruz from Daily Titan, Cameron Macedonio from Titan Radio, and Chloe Hong from Tusk Magazine.

General meetings are bi-monthly. Connect with AAJA’s Instagram or email.
